Pathways are academic routes that students can take to move from one credential to another. Qualified graduates of the Culinary Management program may be considered for admissions and may receive credit towards the first semester of study.

Our faculty have extensive industry experience and will prepare you for your career in courses covering clinical and community nutrition, physiology, foodservice management, and recipe modification and menu development.

As student members, you will build on your networking skills in the foodservice and hospitality sector and have the opportunity to apply to association-sponsored bursaries and scholarships. Our program is recommended if you are starting your career path, are currently working in the foodservice or healthcare industries, or if you have a background in culinary arts or hospitality.
